I'm looking for a good whole body workout. Any recommendations. I googled it, but all I got were ads for magazines and such. I would like a good full body program for in the gym with weight progression.
Any recommendations would be much appreciated.

Circuit training. My gym has a special room set aside with the machines and steps you are supposed to do in between your sets. It kicked my butt and I would have enjoyed it except for Mr. Busybody who had to tell me everything I was doing wrong. *Phhht*0

If you still ENJOY doing the barbell lifts and your main criteria is that you can't lift "heavy" (1-5 rep range as you put it) then I would look at All-Pros and give it some consideration. You can do it 2/week instead of 3 and see how that goes for you. You could also swap out a few things to personal preference (I would deadlift instead of SLDL for example, per my preferences).
You could also handle the progression in a softer fashion if you wanted to. 10% increase in load every 6th week is standard I believe, but depending on what load you start with it could amount to a rather big jump on certain lifts.
At any rate, you can check it out here:

It runs in an 8-12 rep range and incorporates varied loads (heavy day, medium day, light day).0 -
