CLX /TF Hybrid one month results

One month of CLX / TF completed! (I created my own hyride schedule)
I lost 9 pounds, body fat decreased by 3%, and lost two inches of my waist and chest, one inch my hips, and a half of inch on my thighs and arms. I was really surprised that I didnt lose more inches off my thighs and arms cause I worked them alot in CLX Burn Phase, but that could be muscle gain that's slowing up my inches! Next month i'm adding a little extra cardio to improve progress. My goal is to lose 10 inches on my thigh and 5'in on my arms so I really need them to catch up lol

Great job!! I started week 3 of Burn yesterday, I'm soooo excited for push phase! And now I'm excited to do measurements after Burn phase is over, too! Are you following the diet with the program as well?0

You can google for a schedule and find a few. The Janelle schedule has TF/CLX hybrid for 2 months, one month of TF, and then the last month is CHX again IIRC.0

Thanks! ...Yeah, you can google various hybrid schedule's. However, I'm doing CLX 's circuits 3x a week ( No CLX Cardio cause I don't like it LOL) and two Turbo Fire HIIT classes and one regular class (either Fire 30 or Fire 45 or EZ 55) a week. So yes, somtimes I do two workouts a day. It's usualy a short HIIT and a CLX circuit, cause I don't want my workouts to run over 45 min to a hour. I didn't like Beach Body's hybrid schedule cause there was no circuit training for the first three weeks.0 -

I was a little afraid of going rogue off the schedules that are out there but, like you, I don't really want to workout much over an hour and I was wondering if one in the morning and one in the evening might be more workable.
I think I'm going to have to be brave and go with whatever I feel like or can fit in that day around the 3 CLX circuits per week.0 -

Lost 8lbs this month for a total of 20lb on this program. Lost 1 inch on my hips, waist and thighs, 1 1/2 on my chest, and 1/2 inch off my arms, for a toal of 5 inches this month.(11 inches total on the program) Next stop Lean Phase!0 -

Not sure if you're near an Academy store, but they have great reasonably priced workout gear under the BCG brand.
This way you get some in between sizes that don't break the bank.
2 pairs of $17.99 pants to rotate can really help.0
