30 Minutes of Running too Easy??? Join in our weekly challenges! Please post on this thread once you have completed the challenge. You can also tell us if it was easy/hard, etc. MOTIVATE each other!

Sunday - DONE!
Monday - DONE!
Tuesday - Half-Done!
Wednesday - DONE!
Thursday - DONE!
Friday - DONE!
Saturday - DONE!

Sunday
21..........of anything you pick. It can be 21 jumping jacks, 21 seconds of running full speed, 21 minutes of dancing, etc.

Monday
21 seconds of jump roping (you can do air jump roping if you don't have a jump rope).

Tuesday

Get ready to feel the burn :bigsmile: Remember, you can break the 21 push-ups throughout the day if need be.

Wednesday

Friday

21 push-ups
21 second wall sit
21 standing leg lifts
21 Crunches

Get ready to feel the burn! Remember, you can break these workouts throughout the day if need be (like me!).

    21 minutes of riding a bike today. It was at work, but out of the norm, it was slow so I got on the bike and rode for the challenge!


    Wonderful job HGH.... 3 sets of 21 side crunches..... AWESOME!!!!!!
