Wednesday is here!
That means its hump day! (which is a very good exercise) ;)
This is the half way point of the normal work week for most! How has these last 3 days been going? Are we staying on track? Any struggles so far? Did you remember to write down your weekly and daily goals?

    Happy Wednesday!

I'm on track! Managed to get 55 minutes of aerobics in last night...surprised myself :) No struggles with food this week yet. My goals for this week are to hit 10,000 steps a day, I'm monitoring that with a fitbit!

    Good Luck everyone!

Goals were to drink water and physical activity.
Monday - did some physical activity but not a workout persay, drank a fair amount of water = 8+ glasses
    Tuesday - same as above
Today - worked out using 10 min trainer this morning. Going to be busy rest of day. Need to drink more water...

This upcoming weekend my fiancé and I are going to visit some college friends of mine. This might be busy and nerve-racking to me, so hopefully I don't over-eat! - It will be the first time they meet him. There's a sizable age difference between us so it's always interesting when people who knew only one of us meets both of us together since we are a bit un-stereotypical. (Not like there's a normal anyway.)

    Happy Wednesday Everyone!!

So far this week has been great! I was already encountered with a dilemma, this morning I wanted an ice blended coffee SOOOO bad, but I decided to stick with my green tea. I was even having the thoughts of "well, I am going to the gym tonight, I'll work it off." But I know that if I had gotten it, I would have regretted it after and that could have thrown my whole day off, so I'm glad my fitness conscious kicked in :)

I've been sticking to my pre-planned meals, I've been going to the gym or working out at home, so I feel great! A little sore, but great nonetheless! :) I have finished planning my meals for the rest of the week, and now I need to plan them for the weekend as well! The weekend is my weakness! I hate the feeling of doing great all week and then blowing it all on the weekend! But after what happened last weekend, I don't think it will be too hard this weekend! I am motivated and serious!

Yeah Wednesday! My favourite day...the weekend is so close I can taste it :P Hope everyone's having a fantastic week so far.

I rode in to work today again, since the weather's been fantastic, and I'll be doing a 1 hour weighted spin class after work. Then riding home again, because I looove biking. How can you tell?

My week's been great! Getting to the gym, seeing progress in other forms of exercise (running esp, which isn't my strong suit, but my cardio has vastly improved over the last 45 days of working out, so that's a plus.) My big problem is eating enough stuff due to my fairly restrictive diet (vegan), so that's always a challenge, but I'm getting there. I haven't taken a rest day in 16 days, and honestly, I have never felt better. I do get sore, but the soreness seems to dissipate over a day/through a work out. There are days when I take it easier than others, and my majority exercise (cycling) isn't high impact, so I'm not too concerned.

Also, sorry if it's TMI, but I'm currently in the middle of my 'time of the month', and this is the first time I've worked out really hard through it. I feel amazing. I usually feel dizzy or get bad migraines if I try to exercise through it, but this month I have nothing bad to report whatsoever. Did you know that when estrogen drops during your period, the dominant hormone becomes testosterone, ramping up pain tolerance and muscle recovery time? I kept thinking about that as I powered through our free weight circuits yesterday at boxing...I felt like a total champ! Haha, there's my lady-tip for the day ;) Here's an article about it, if you're interested: http://www.womenshealthmag.com/fitness/period-workout

Keep it up, everyone! We can make it through this week!!

@Jessica - I plan out my meals in advance as well and find it so helpful. Do you pre-log as well?

@Sam - Lots of working out, nice!

Today was not awesome - felt really weird soon after I woke up (cold sweat, nausea, dizziness). It only lasted maybe 10 minutes, but decided to skip my morning jog. Went to yoga though, but have a bum wrist, so not as good a work out there either because of all the easier modifications I made.
