How has everyones week been?
Mine not as great as i hoped. Missed my goal of 3 gym visits - only went twice
still having real motivation issues.
Weight was 136.6 this morning. A rather dissapointing 0.2lbs lost
But on the good size - managing to fit into a dress for a wedding on Friday that was too tight a few weeks ago - lets hope it doesnt split!

Stuck to my calorie goals and did lots of walking and some wii fit stepping
