A fantastic exercise: Super Fun and easy on the body!!!

I have been exercising with a trikke for several years and I love it. This method of exercise is so much more fun than a bicycle and is very easy on your joints. Also it is very stable and you are not bent over as you are with a bicycle. There is a short learning curve but once you master it the fun really begins!!! This is without a doubt my favorite way to get cardio exercise!

Folks that have had trouble with their knees before and back issues and could not ride their bikes had no trouble adjusting to riding the trikke. President JImmy Carter and his wife ride trikkes regularly.

I ride with a group that has riders of all different sizes and fitness levels and we all have a good time and ride at our own pace.

A very gentle and great way to exercise the entire body!!!

Absolutely you can climb up hills but it will take some training and technique. As a matter of fact there is a very active trikke riding group up in Los Angeles.

Trikke riding is just a great exercise for all levels of fitness.

    Try it out.

There is a store in Torrance called South Bay Trikke. http://www.southbaytrikke.com/ Talk to Andy and there is also a Facebook group. They ride all the time all over LA and Long Beach.

    Do you need pavement?

I would say that it would make it easier. The trikkes that I ride are air tires and I think they can ride on a hard dirt road most likely but probably not a loose gravel road. They also have trikkes that are motor operated and you can ride them manually also.
