Interesting dinner, spaghetti sauce on broccoli

I didn't have anything else and refused to eat pasta, so out came the broccoli! Not bad, but next time spaghetti squash. :tongue:

    I made a spaghetti squash on Saturday and have had made 3 meals out if it....twice with marinara & crumbled sausage and tonight with chopped beef, sautéed spinach and Alfredo....YUM!!!! Who needs Pasta?!?!?

    I saute broccoli slaw or shredded cabbage all the time for my "noodles" It's good!!

    Sometimes I put my spaghetti sauce over avocado chunks or wrap it in a lettuce leaf as a lettuce wrap. I also put it in a bowl, add a dollop of sour cream, some shredded cheese and diced onion and eat it like chili. You can do almost anything with a good spaghetti sauce if you just go crazy and get creative.
