    I'm posting early, and I'll probably post again later. I drop back into bad habits quickly, so its easiest for me to break up my days and then have reminder points or review. They say a daily to-do list is too limiting for big goals (rome wasn't built in a day type thinking) but I can do small things everyday so that's my mindset on changing.

    What am I tackling today?
    +++ EXCERCISE! (And water). Got 10 minutes in this morning! That's impressive for me, rolling out of bed with enough time to exercise, even ten minutes, is rough. My goal tonight is to walk or do intervals between walking and jogging - but any form of movement outdoors.

    My rundown so far?
    Breakfast was processed protein bar - which isn't bad, but I've been trying to eat more homemade less store bought...
    At 10 am I ate a mini kitkat and a min recess. :( What's worse is I'm really wanting our marketing group to come back with left over doughnuts! (How horrible is that!?) I think I'm going to make some tea and hope my sweet tooth dies off soon, or hope lunch gets here sooner than later...

    I need to buy groceries tonight - any suggestions on fresh fruits and veggies? I'm always eating the same ones it feels like. Does anyone else feel this way?

    Well my goal for this week has been to drink more water! Yesterday I had 18 cups of water! I felt like I was drowning, but overall I felt good. I kicked *kitten* at the gym and I am looking forward to doing my "at-home" workout tonight; I am going to be starting T25 as soon as I can get my grubby little hands on it :)

    So far today I have been pacing myself with water and I splurged and ate a blueberry muffin for breakfast with green tea. I've already got my lunch planned out and sort of have an idea for dinner.

    I feel pretty dang good today, I had put on a couple pounds over the last couple weeks, and I discovered this morning that I lost those pounds plus an extra one, so I am pretty happy about that. Now I just hope that the pounds keep coming off!

    I did great today! NO soda! Was hard as hell! Also made healthy food choices! oever all a win. Cant wait for tomorrow!

    I ended up falling off the bandwagon last night - but I did say no to the doughnut at work. My failure point was having junk food and then going and buying junk food for dinner on top of it. Honestly, I'm starting to think that doughnut would have been better than all the junk I gave in to last night.

    Ugh, do well then I slack off! I'm going to break this cycle!
