Stuck no loss in 6 weeks

I have kept my calorie count 1300 less than my calorie expenditure and actually gained 2 lbs this week. How can this happen and what should I do?

Over estimating exercise calories and/or under-estimating calorie intake.
Or, just normal fluctuations due to hormones, water, sodium, etc.
I can have a 5 pound swing in a day or 2 from high sodium.

Exercise is monitored by a BodyMedia arm band worn 23 hrs a day and I weigh and measure absolutely every bite I eat. It seems that in a 6 week period I would have lost something. I get so depressed; and hungry. I may have to talk to a nutritionist.0
