How often do you WOD?

I have been aiming for three times a week, but I feel like my results may drastically improve if I went more frequently. I was just wondering how often others are doing CF? Out of curiousity.

4-5 days a week. I've seen better much better results lately than when I was going 2x a week!0

With the triathlon season underway here in the Northeast, I've been going about 3 times a week, sometimes only twice. Normally (*or went not training), I WOD between 4-5 times a week.0

5 crossfit classes per week strength + WOD, then 2 supplemental Olympic Lifting classes, and one day as active recovery which is a run of 4-5 miles. I didn't do this many to start though, I did 6 month of 3x/wk, then went to 4, then went 5 and added the oly classes in after that when I felt I could handle 2x per day. I have been doing crossfit just over 2 years for reference.0

I was doing 5 times a week. But that was a tough number to start with. Sometimes there is that one WOD in there that kills you for a few days.
Now I'm cycling too I am WODing 3x per week.
Rest is so important.0 -
I go 5 to 6 times a week then try to double up for the special classes like Endurance days I'll do two workouts a day then yoga as a active rest day0

I go to my gym 5x a week but two of those sessions are Olympic lifting only. So far so good.0

Hey when I started in January I could only manage 2x/week. In April I started going 5x/week and supplementing with 45 mins of yoga 3x/week to help lengthen and improve flexibility. Supposedly helps prevent injury.0

3 times a week is about all I can manage for WODs, though I'll usually do at least 1-2 days of active recovery.
I'm going to do two WODs tonight, mainly because one is a benchmark for our Paleo challenge that started Monday and isn't that taxing. 3 minutes AMRAP double unders, max plank hold, max kettlebell swings. I figure I will show up at six, get loose, take my time doing that workout then do today's strength word and WOD (20 rep max deadlift, then a partner WOD)0 -
I WOD 4 times a week. M, W, F and S. I also take Krav Maga on T and TH.0
