I'm starting today, a little early but it works with my schedule. first 30 day challenge or challenge since i started working out in April. Feeling much better, more endurance, and healthier, and have plateaued the last 2 weeks in weight loss, but have lost inches (yay!!) want to stretch past this to see some great results. Hoping for inches lost on my hips, waist, and underbust as well as 5 lbs by July 10th, which is just before a huge camping trip for me on a river with a swimsuit! need to buy a suit now.0
