100 pounds gone! I will be starting Phase 3 on June 18 and would love some breakfast meal suggestions together with full days menus that incorporate the big breakfast while still staying under the recommended 15 grams of fat per day. Thanks!

    My breakfast of choice while on Phase 3 was and actually still is, Fage 0% plain Greek yogurt with 7 oz blueberries and/or strawberries mixed in, 2 slices Sarah Lee 45 calorie (for two slices) toast with Walden Farms preserves. Easy to bring to work and delicious. And awesome job by the way!!

    I just started Phase 3 this morning! Wow! The breakfast was definitely worth the months of wait!! It was overwhelming to plan, but oh so good :) I'm meeting with my coach this afternoon to go over everything, so hopefully it's all good.
    1/2 cup raspberries
    1/2 cup blueberry
    Stonyfield Organic Plain Greek Yogurt 0% Fat
    3 slices of Turkey Bacon
    2 slices Natures Own 100% Whole Wheat Bread
    1 Tbls Natural Peanut Butter
    1 Laghing Cow Light Swiss
    It was amazing!
