Its anew week and a new day? How was every ones father day weekend? Time to get re-focused and back on track if any of us slipped up over the weekend. Did you give up on your self or are you going back at it and kickin *kitten*? Whats your goal for Monday?

    Hello...Happy Monday!!

Had three cookouts over the weekend, but did great...ate salad first and fruit to minimize the other stuff...ugh like seafood pasta salad...LOVE...but didn't even touch it, cause it's a weakness for me! I weighted in today, lost 3.8 last week...so I'm proud! Today is a new day...goal is to drink lots of water, eat in my calories, and go for my 3 mile walk...it suppose to be 90 degrees with humidity today...so hoping it will cool off a little by the time I go for my walk.

Hope everyone that are daddys had a nice Fathers Day!! Good luck today and this week!

Happy Monday! This weekend, I slipped up a little bit, but I didn't over-indulge, I stayed within my portion sizes and kept up my water intake. Today I start a 30-day ab challenge, so I hope that will help kick my butt into overdrive with my diet and make me WANT to eat healthy and overlook the crap.

Yay, new week and a new start! It poured buckets here all weekend, so I was unfortunately unable to bike or run or really do anything outdoors, which is what I usually do on Sundays. Boo! I spent the sleepy day with my folks for Father's day, and we went to a steakhouse for dinner, haha. Being vegan kind of helps the staying-on-track thing, so I ate sides of salad, broccoli, and potatoes, with sherbert for dessert, whee! I did kind of splurge at lunch and eat most of a vegan pizza, but I think I'll live...;)

This week, it's getting back on track with adding miles for my century ride training! Aiming for 100-150 miles a week. I'd also like to do a 6k run twice this week if I can...if not, I'll settle for ONE 12k. Here's hoping the weather cooperates. It's also Bike Week in my city, so I hope lots more people get out on the road!

I'm also trying not to be too hard on my self, and recognize that my body composition HAS changed over nearly 60 days of diet and exercise, even though the scale says otherwise...

My day started out with my daughter buying me a sausage mc muffin and hash browns, of course I ate it... we spent the afternoon at the pool and my other daughter cooked on the grill when we got back. I think there's a little competition there.

I drank my water and took my vitamins and ended the day with a walk... I'm just not feeling 100% for some reason! I am determined to shake the blahs this week! Ankle is sore (not sure what I did) Back to work tomorrow

Oh my goodness, Saturday was massive rain and last night was tornado warnings with 2 touch downs (1 NW of me, other SE)... Holy cow.

Yeah no exercise, was in "safe" location, with computer and news on. Need to get battery radio.
