    I have stopped weighing myself 6 times a day, after every visit to the toilet, before I go to bed, when I get up, before and after meals..

    I am now only weighing myself on a Sunday morning.

    one week down, just over 2 lb lost..

    This allows me to concentrate on the method (making sure I stick to my daily calorie intake, making sure I exercise) and not the outcome (my weight).

    5. IF YOU HAVE A BAD DAY, LOG IT AND MOVE ON.
  • My doctor told me its best to not only weigh your self but measure your self to. Also weighing your self every week or every other so you don't get discouraged and to weigh first thing in the morning after you pee.
