If you are new to the group, many of us are weighing on Tuesdays.

If you happened to weigh this morning, please post your a) starting weight (today or last week) and/or b) results for the week.

If you have already posted in last week's thread, would you mind copying your stats here?

    Happy to be back down! I still haven't been logging but I got my eating under control again and it shows! Hoping for another loss next week!!

    0.6 pounds lost

    I'm surprised that there was any loss this week, even a small one, as I went over my calories every single day last week. But on the bright side, at least I logged everyday but one. Baby steps...

    Congrats to everyone who lost this week!

    And to those who didn't, just keep trying - you can do it!!
