Figured I'd start posting my daily motivation here as well. Here's the first installment

Love the energy Reggie!!!! The good news is that we are one day closer to Friday! One day closer to the weekend - yeah!!! And its weigh in day for me tomorrow, so I am extremely excited about that!

Aww yeah Today is Friday! Seems like it was just yesterday when I started this journey to thirty. It's crazy how time flies. But not only is it Friday, it's essentially the start of the weekend. So get it in today! Because tomorrow is going to be a hell of a lot easier. 30 LC0

Challenge yourself this weekend - to have the first weekend to do this right! Get your workouts in on Saturday and Sunday. Remember its a mental thing. The words "I cant" is the a prison mentality. The words "I can" is a warriors mentality.0

It is Saturday all you beautiful people! The last day of the week for me. I can't believe that a week can fly by like that. But it did and I'm proud of myself for getting better:) We all got better I love it and I can't wait for next week! 30 LC0

And we are back! I had a great day yesterday. Ate food that almost made me puke yesterday, hell I even drank some soda. But today is Sunday. The start of my second week. Hope everyone had a good weekend!
I thought I would share some “motivation” for this week:
I dislike running alone but this weekend, to my surprise, I placed 3rd in my age at a 5K, I hung my medal in my bathroom so I can see it every day..it’s just a dinky little thing but I am so happy about it. It is a reminder I can do anything.
I am going to push hard the next few weeks…there is a small race in 3 weeks I really want to “win” I want to beat MYSELF..my time from last year…my 5K time goal (I have yet to beat)
Just remember you are only in a "race" against yourself! You are your biggest cheerleader, believe it is possible and you will do it. When you achieve something be proud of it!0 -

Hello to all! It is Thursday. A beautiful Thursday in the world. Hope all is well and hope it will continue. I have been slacking lately, not on my journey but on logging it. A lot of stuff happening in my life and something needed to take a backseat. But I promise to be back tomorrow, taking names and whipping *kitten* (or giving encouragement if you're doing good not bad). Regardless, take another step forward today. Don't regress. Today is Monday Oh how I've come to love Mondays. Not for the actual day because I have to get up at 5:10 am to get ready for work but because it is kick *kitten* Muay Thai day. Oh yes I'm going to be striking like a boss. I'm gonna work it out! Are you gonna work it out? Are you going to make today amazing?
