Congrats! I'm on week 4, after taking 5 days off last week. But I'm picking up where I left off.
You can't beat that feeling as soon as you press stop on the DVD.0 -
I'm on day 7 and it's also my first time... Very tired!0

Just done my first ever fitness test. Was quite pleased with the results but my thighs are tired - probably because I have also done 90 mins of cycling and 90 mins of walking too today!0
