Not sure of my weight my scale is giving numbers all over the place think it's time for a new battery or scale. Best guess I'm down 1-2 lbs and of the measurements I'm down 2 inches off the basics that u measure for this program and a 1/2" off my hips0

Didn't measure myself, but I am down 2.4 pounds from Monday. Woohoo!!0

Week 1 sucked big time for me. I could do only 2 workouts before i stubbed my toes. It was quite painful so i decided to take some time off. But i ate clean. So i did lose 0.5 kg. It is a small change, but in the right direction.0

My weekly weigh ins are on Thursday and I'm up .2 pounds so I am hoping this is muscle gain because I have been doing my workouts and walking religiously. I've also cut the bad carbs. We shall see next week.0
