Did TBC today I only like about half of it.
Day 1 Cardio First 12 mins was great. I was not very much out of breath. But my legs had turned jello. I was sweating from every pore. Burnout sessions are killers. Dunno if i will ever get used to it. Last 10 mins i took 4 pauses so that my legs won't collapse. Atleast i was better than last week.

I decided to get in a 2 mile walk as a warmup before I did Speed 1.0 and I must say it did help but I was having to do some modification.
So 5am start and oh my freaking word I am unfit! But got through, heavy on the quads this am. Great to work up a sweat again! Hope everyone else has a good one!
