    Day 1 cardio is done it was hard getting back into the swing of things after spending time with family this weekend and not doing much.

    I just read back through I meant lively not lovely group. I'll be doing lower tonight hopefully my little guy was up most of last night and I'm having a hard time getting motivated.

    Week 4 is done didn't do measurements as I'm still a little bloated from TOM but I'm down almost 6 lbs since starting. Ready for week 5 bc I love the beta workouts.

    Week 4 was not productive, sick most of the week so I didn't get any workouts in. I managed to walk at work on breaks. I hope to be better next week

    Since I'm already finished with the program, I make my own schedule and lift weights in between. I noticed that my nutrition is the key to not only my results, but also my performance. Eat right you guys. If you do, nailing the workouts will happen more often.
