    Past week gain - 1.8 pounds (not complaining though because I'm getting my period tomorrow so I know it's from that)
    Total loss - 3.6 pounds

    All in the right direction and love it!! Might even have to increase my calories a little.
    I have learned that eating low carb means that my BMR seems to be increasing just a little, in addition to burning more while working out!!

    And, don't forget - we have to eat fat, to burn fat!!

    Week 2- 156 


    Tuesday Week 3- 154.4!!!!

    Lowest weight in at least a year!! So happy!! I'm up about a pound today but not complaining because I ate a huge burrito yesterday. Can't wait to see where I am this Tuesday!!
