Weight increase after workout

Do you guys notice a weight increase the day after a hard workout?
Is it the muscle retaining water?

I didnt work out Friday or Saturday and my weight hit an all-time low... back to working out hard core on Sunday/Monday/Tuesday, while still staying calorie deficient, and I'm up a lb.

    Yes. I noticed it when dragging a 23kg suitcase around for 2 hours once. It was gone after a day.

    Yep definitely. If my muscles are aching I expect to see a temporary increase on the scales :)
