probably an old question, but...for the calorie counters,
when you burn calories in your exercise log, do you eat them back or do you just stick to around your original calorie goals?

Hey! I just lost a lot of weight and got down to 145 now I want to tone it all up by lifting weights but I have basically no clue what I'm doing!!! :C I'm going to my first strength training class tonight so that might help but I would love some feed back from experienced lifting ladies!
