August Goals

Obviously we all want to lose the last couple pounds eventually - but what are your short-term goals for the month?
For me, the big one is consistency in eating at goal level. Almost every week in July I had one day where I went out to a social event, ate way too much and then had to eat less the following week to make up for it. In August I want to get better at eating evenly throughout the week.
In terms of exercise, keep going with my lifting and running Couch to 5k. By September I'd like to improve my lifting form and keep progressing on weights and run 20 minutes straight.
Oh, and maybe lose a pound or two :laugh:

Well, my big goal is to not go over when I get mom's cooking for a week straight.
I want to be able to run 5 miles consistently, and to be able to run 2 miles in less than 15 minutes.
Finally, I'm going to make a plan for bulking, because the time for that approaches!0 -

As for me, I want to continue to log accurately and weigh everything so I can really get to know the numbers my body needs. Also I hope my back will be OK soon I really want to get into weight lifting more seriously. Nothing's going to change my body the way lifting will so.... that's the plan!! And get below 145 so I would have 5-10lbs to lose instead of 10-15.0 -
My August goal is to eat more calories. I just recently switched from 1200 to 1350 calories and it's weird for me. Also I started Zumba more religiously this month. I was doing 2x a week and I have bumped it up to 4x a week so I hope to adjust to that this month0

My 1st August goal is to eat more consistently at my goal of 1400. For the past week or so, I've been struggling to stay close to my goal--I keep getting derailed by social events at weekends and after work, pre-dinner starvation! I'm finding it really hard to stay away from sugar/white carbs. Any advice?
My 2nd August goal is to make the most of the warm sunny mornings and get outdoors for a run before work!
Just have 7lbs to to, hope that I can make some progress this month.0 -
To sort out an awesome lifting program, to get but up to 30minutes of running and to get down to 57kg.0

little late to the August goals but I've been trying to get out more and get my power walks in now that the temps are more workout friendly
I'd love to also get past my plateau and get to 155. Which is a 2.6lb loss from here on out.0
