Hey!
I just lost a lot of weight and got down to 145 now I want to tone it all up by lifting weights but I have basically no clue what I'm doing!!! :C
I'm going to my first strength training class tonight so that might help but I would love some feed back from experienced lifting ladies!

Hey, I'd look up starting strength or strong lifts 5x5. A few of the girls do strong lifts, some do starting strength I think. Basically, lift heavy, don't do too many reps. Try and do compound moves that use lots of big muscles0
