Need some friends with similar body type/goals for encouragement, but anyone can add me!
height : 5'4"
current weight: 111lbs
goal weight : 105-107 lbs.
I have a small frame, so i feel my best at 105-107lbs even though that may seem low. I usually carry my weight in my love handles, inner thighs, and arms. UGGGHHH! the worst! So in order to feel good in my skin, i need to stay below 110lbs.

My weight is down from my normal due to the fact that I just recently had a flare up with my Crohn's Disease (diagnosed since 1999). My goal is to obtain back the UGW or at least GW with muscle definition. I have a small frame and always a flat stomach due to trips to the bathroom soo frequently with flares or bad food choices (its hit or miss on food, depends on how my tummy feels for the day).0 -
