Don't forget to take your before measurements and pictures

As much as I HATE to take my before pictures, weight and measurements, I feel like this is an absolute must!! Every time I start a program now I make sure take before pictures. This way I can track my progress and even if I don't see an obvious change in the mirror, I can always go and look back at my picture. It gives me an extra motivation to keep going if I see even small changes! Remember, do not weigh yourself every day! Once a week is more than enough. I personally try to avoid the scale at all times! Although I know that it is the inches that matter, I still get very upset and discouraged when I see a big number of that darn scale!! Once you reach your fitness goal, you can always look back and see how far you have come and also be an inspiration to others to start their fitness journey!

    Yup.. was reluctant but took just one on 2nd week since start of my fitness regime.

    I look at myself every single night.. bloated belly is all I see.. feels like it will take forever to get what I dream of..
  • You will get there!!! As long as you stick with it and be consistent, I promise you will get the results!

    I already did :) But since I don't have too much weight to lose, I will use my pic to see the difference in the tone of my muscles ^^ I have also kept my pic when I was still 50 kg and I can already see the difference
