Just got my first pole!

Hi!
I'm very excited. I just got my first xpole xpert this weekend. I took a couple of pole classes and I would like to do it at home. Any suggestions for working out at home? And for people who have poles at home, where did you put it? I haven't put it up yet and I am not sure where would be a good location for it.

I live alone in a one bedroom and my pole goes in my living room. I almost never have company over so it doesn't really come up, and the few people I do have over know about the pole. :-)
Studioveena.com is a great community and has great online lessons. They cost money, but they're easier to navigate than your average youtube channel and are really high quality in terms of explanations and teaching you how to do them safely. You can get a 3 day free trial I think and the year membership often goes on sale (most recently for Father's Day).0 -
