I am a very new Pescatarian and happier than ever.
Right now im researching healthy swaps and welcome all members any advise or tips that I can find useful during my journey.
I also gave up sweets, soda, and fast food.
Emotionally I feel really good inside and I need to match the outside.

Hi Rinny! Have you tried the Morning Star foods? They have something called Meal Starters Grillers Recipe Crumbles that I cannot live without! I use it in place of ground beef in tacos, spaghetti sauce, stuffed peppers, etc. I find that if you cook it on high heat in a dry pan and then season however you like, they get to a nice consistency that stands up to my recipes. If you add water to them initially, they get mushy. Love this stuff!0

Are you looking for swap outs for meat vs. seafood or anything in general?
If you're looking at veggie swap outs, two of my favorites are using zucchini as a pasta. I like it thinly sliced and mixed with a homemade pesto sauce. And cauliflower as rice, just pop it in the food processor and give it a couple whirls; or cauliflower for mashed potatoes. Steam the veggie and then use the handy dandy food processor for "mashing."0
