I don't know why I haven't found this before. But after reading this article I just had to share it. This is from 12 years ago; and while low-carb diets are gaining some traction; it's still at best tolerated by mainstream Nutrition "experts" and in some corners it's still vilified.

Excellent article, thank you for posting. It's been very difficult for me to reverse the "brain washing" and to realise that saturated fat is ok and even healthy to eat. I'm more committed to this WOL than ever after reading that.0
