However, I went to use it this morning and my phone is not working (I have a droid). I don't think it is app related just getting old. Good Luck today!0 -

I found a spreadsheet since my phone died, this way you can start without the app

I use the Active Couch to 5k App. I love it because it yells at me when it's time to jog or walk so I don't even have to think about it, and it also logs my route and my average speed and stuff. http://www.active.com/mobile/c25k0
