Absolutely. I hope to get that set up today; if not it will be up tomorrow.
I finished the month with a 19.75-mile run for a total of 232. Looking forward to possibly topping that in July!0 -
This darn spreadsheet is about the only thing that got me to 160 this month. Thanks Dave!0

Dave,
Thanks so much for continuing to do this each month.
Thanks in no small part to this challenge and spreadsheet, I ran 6 miles this morning to get to 160 (my goal was 135)...
a new all-time monthly mileage high for me by 35 miles!
Looking forward to July and the start of my first full marathon training plan!0 -
93 miles in July!0

Going for the 100 again!0

My goal in June was 110 and crushed it with 135! I am going to for 140 in July0

My June goal was 140 miles and I came short with 133.87 miles.
I'll set a more conservative goal for July and hopefully I'll reach it0 -
My June goal was 110... I ended up over by 36 for a total of 146. I counted up the miles in my plan for July... 165. That freaks me out! So i was going to low ball it and use 140 as my goal, but since I made that and then some last month, I guess it's time i up it to 150.0

Almost 187 miles in June. So I will say 180 miles for July. 8 down today!0

I'm only going for 100 in July. I am tapering, running the 50K on the 26th and then recovering the following week. I hope I can make it to 100!!!0
