If you are new and want to join in, by all means do! We love to celebrate those losses with you! This is the standard format we try to use for these threads:
My Numbers:
SW: Starting weight before you lost anything.
CW: Current weight at the beginning of the challenge.
GW: Goal weight for the month (what you would like to weigh at the end of the monthly challenge) Try to keep it realistic and SAFE!
LTGW: Life time goal weight ( What you would like to weigh at the end of your weight loss journey)
Weigh ins: What days you will weigh in. (I will weigh in on Fridays in April)
4/4/14= (Fill out after each weigh in.)
4/11/14=
4/18/14=
4/25/14= (Final weigh in for the month.)
The simplest way to do this is to find your previous weeks post, copy the text then click the reply button. Paste the text in and add your new weight.
Also, if you are quoting someone to send them a kudo or offer a hand up, please add @theirusername to the top of the text so we can keep who's who straight (very helpful when we get over 100 posts per month :-)

July 7: 289.4 (+7.2 lbs) (I'm not sure if I should trust the scale on this much of a gain. The week has been rough, but only since Thursday which is a whopper in just a few days. My meds aren't working is part of the problem, and I'm slacking on my walking. Motivation is almost completely drained due to being depressed most of the day and manic most of the night during quiet hours.)

Sarah - (Working on remembering your name. Really I am!) Nice loss!
Maelyn - Unless you think you really at an additional 25 THOUSAND calories in 5 days I would say you are safe in discounting that WI. I get things like that if I go crazy on the salt. Hit the water hard this week, watch yourself and be amazed by next week!
LeAnna - Our old scale finally got so bad we had to replace it. Now, I've lost all the weight the new one said I had "gained" or re-found or whatever. Darned if I'm not stuck again! I honestly think I have a mental issue with 275 lbs. (The fact I keep trying to make it 375 again says something too...) Anyway, I hope the batteries fix the issue!
For all of you who showed a slight gain. Accept it, and get back on track. Write your day in at least through the afternoon snack and then you will know how many calories you have left to play with for dinner. We will all do better next week!0 -
