    Here is my update for the month of May: 5.5 pounds lost (total - 13lbs)
    I am also over half way there for this challenge!

    I started working out again last Spring but didn’t join MFP until January. My actual start wait last Spring was in the 240 but when I started MFP I was at 225. I was doing ok on my own but I wasn’t doing a good job of tracking calories and watching what I was eating so I was bouncing around 220-230 before I joined MFP. Since joining MFP I have had my best results and have stayed steady with the consistent weight loss.

    GW: 175 to 180 (depends on muscle tone)

    I lost 1.4 lbs this week. A total of 12.4 lbs down for the challenge! Will I make 20 by June 30th? Let's wait and see!

    I'm now at 13.9 lost - 6.1 to go! And today I'm under the big 200 - weighed in at 198.1, and the scale was doing its usual ups and downs - got one higher weight (still under the big 200 - hope I don't see that again!) and one lower, but it settled on this one 3 readings in a row. Measurements are down also, and pants are looser!

    WTG to all of you for sticking with this!

    Had a big jump in loss due to the flu, hopefully I don't get a gain once I am back to eating the amount of calories I should be.

    I lost 1.6 lbs since the last weigh in, A total of 14 lbs down for the challenge! This leaves me six pounds to lose by June 30th in order to complete the challenge successfully.

    It's the weekend and I know I won't lose any more weight by Monday. It'll be 16 pounds total for me! Bad couple of weeks but still really happy to have lost all that extra weight ... Slow and steady.
