I started working out again last Spring but didn’t join MFP until January. My actual start wait last Spring was in the 240 but when I started MFP I was at 225. I was doing ok on my own but I wasn’t doing a good job of tracking calories and watching what I was eating so I was bouncing around 220-230 before I joined MFP. Since joining MFP I have had my best results and have stayed steady with the consistent weight loss.

I'm now at 13.9 lost - 6.1 to go! And today I'm under the big 200 - weighed in at 198.1, and the scale was doing its usual ups and downs - got one higher weight (still under the big 200 - hope I don't see that again!) and one lower, but it settled on this one 3 readings in a row. Measurements are down also, and pants are looser!
