Ladies can we motivate each other and let me know what is your goal for the next 60 days. We will do 5% or 10% weight loss goals. It is a 60 day challenge. Wow... I'm the only Westcoaster! We have the weekend before the next weigh in... I was going to suggest hiking, but I don't know how Kansas, Illinois, D.C etc are for hiking trails. I'm surrounded by mountains and burned a ton of calories last weekend doing a 7 mile hike through the hills. What do you guys do to burn extra calories?0

I realize that today's weight is from being on vacation, but it's depressing nonetheless. I managed to walk everyday, and could feel the burn, but I also ate whatever and whenever I wanted. Who is this person wrapped around my petite body. Not feeling good about it. Today the biggest change to my lifestyle I will make is water. Lot's of water.
Oh, and did I mention to help me feel fat my feet/ankles/calves are currently all one. Two days in the car was not good to my body either. The new size medium clothes that I have bought over the last couple of months, throwing out the smalls, yep, you guessed it, are now tight. Give me a moomoo.0 -

My weight has been doing up and down a pound or two for a few months now. It is upsetting but I refuse to lose hope. I am going to attend the Women of Faith Conference and I will doing a prayer and fast 7 days prior to the conference. I hope that this would also help me cleanse my body and get rid of toxins.0 -

We can't dwell too long about mistakes that we have done but just move forward. We are the same height and now the same weight so this is the best time for both of us to help each other. We can do it. I have been on this road so many times in my life but this time I am turning 50 in October and I want to do this the last time. So please help me and I will help you.0 -

Tried another hike and it worked well. I believe most of the weight loss was from sweat.... tough being 51, menopausal and hiking... but better than sitting0 -
