Zen habit changing

Hi guys, I promise I won't post a million times every day, but I somehow got to this great website while looking up how to use OmniFocus2 when I upgraded from OF1. It has the greatest piece on how to think about a habit change. The essence is that we need to not expect to be perfect, but just to let imperfections happen, be curious about them, and let them go. In other words, if we eat chocolate at a work lunch, that is fine - as long as we accept that we ate chocolate, enjoy and be satisfied by the chocolate, and continue our healthy habits the rest of the day. WAY easier said than done but the website has some great help for changing lifestyles. http://zenhabits.net/railed/ Cheers, Clarissa
