Hey everyone!
So as some of you know, for the past 14 months, I've been consulting people (free of charge) that I've selected through an application process, to coach online over Skype in a one-on-one format, to help people get closer to their fitness and/or body composition goals and to get experience coaching in that format, and to smooth out the process.
Very soon (beginning in July) I'll be starting this service officially as a business with a limited number of clients.
If this is something that interests you, please send me a PM and from there I can give you details.

At some point yes, I'd be happy to provide feedback on how things went for the past 14 months. I definitely learned a great deal and each time I picked up new sets of clients I implemented some procedural changes that helped me refine things, so to speak.
When I go into it though, I'll do it in a separate thread.0 -

Everyone should be caught up as far as me sending details.
For anyone else interested, I have capacity for one to two more people depending on their weekly availability. People with more flexible schedules may get priority at this point.
