    My diary is open to friends, feel free to send a FR but I've been a bit crap the last month and have only just got back on it.
    I mostly shop at Asda for veg, fruit and sundries and the local butcher for meat since it's half the price of the supermarkets.

    Shop mainly Asda, but aldi/Tesco/farmfoods etc as well, My diary is always open, welcoming all FR's x

    Hi I'm from the North East, on here everyday with an open (honest) diary!

    Tend to do my main shop at Asda/Sainsburys with top ups at various other places!

    Please feel free to add me and laugh at my diary. I don't eat especially healthily, but I've lost 3.5 stone to be at my target weight. Religiously consume at least 1 take away per week (i still love food!)

    I carry every supermarket loyalty card going ... this proves that I have no supermarket loyalty!

    Love your honesty....just shows you don't have to eat like a rabbit to lose weight! Life's too short to deny yourself completely

    You can add me if you so wish. My diary is open but don't look at last Tuesdays!! :cry: Asda Tesco's and Sainsburys are my main shops. But I never go into Domnios on a Tuesday.

    Open Diary and Open to MFP Friendships - I dont shop as I work on a construction site camp so a lack of flexibility and variety - but maybe that gives you a different perspective.

    My disry is open to friends. I believe in calories out < calories in, so it may not be the most nutritionally balanced, but I'm a vegetarian daily logger and because I live in London, I shop everywhere. Tesco, Waitrose, Morrisons, Sainsburys...

    I'm an Ocado girl for my monthly shop, although I have a Tesco's and Sainsbury's a couple of minutes away so I usually pop in there if I'm short of anything :)

    53 and based in Sussex. 50lb down (actually 49.5...) with 7-14 to go. Taken 2 years - it's not been a linear journey! :laugh:

    Only 5ft so eating at 1200 for a 0.5lb loss/week. Sigh.

    Mainly shop at Asda - it's close enough to be a corner shop - with Morrisons (when I take my mum shopping and for a couple of items not available elsewhere) and M&S (for luxuries though I have a Simply Food store almost as close as Asda ). My husband works near a Waitrose so their produce shows up from time to time!

    single male who shops daily for fresh produce and reduced bargains! happiest hunting grounds are asda and morrissons,with occassional results at local co-op too.
