    Calm - Old school

    Emotional Wreck - Gospel

With this playlist, I can usually maintain a slow easy pace with my weight training. Something I needed to do as I had a tendency to just bang out lifts  Besides, with this playing in my head I can't help but to feel easy & confident. Puts a switch in my walk too & a smile on my face that no one can quite figure out

    The Man - Aloe Blacc
    Brown Skin - India Arie
    Unthinkable - Alicia Keys
    Knock Knock - Monica
Wish I Didn't Miss You - Angie Stone
    Baby - Angie Stone
Bust Your Windows - Jazzmine Sullivan
Need You Bad - Jazzmine Sullivan
    So Gone
    Love Me Again
    Hold On We're Going Home
    Let's Get Married
    The Rain
    Take a Message
    Love of My Life
    Hood Boy
    Tyrone
    All I Want is You

ETA: I gave up on listing artists...this isn't the whole list, just some highlights. My play lists are looooong

Like everyone else I have a long playlist, but one song that is a go to for me to get motivated whenever I get tired during a workout is, "Best of You" Foo Fighters. It like sends a message to my brain that this weight will not get the best of me and to keep pushing and push hard!

I have 254 songs in my workout playlist lol, they're mainly really heavy metal songs but I have a lot of Pendulum and Prodigy on there too. I also have some Eminem and Lady Gaga song aha. You can't beat really upbeat fast music blasting in your ears to keep you going, I love it!! :)

I switch between Beyoncé (turn up)and Melanie Fiona's (turn down) stations on Pandora. I don't why I've been stuck on these two lately. Occasionally, I do La Roux's station... That's when I'm doing crazy cardio tho! Her beats are bananas!
