Happy Independence Day (America) Eve!!!! Keep moving everyone. Don't allow the smells of good barbecue tempt you to stay inside.

    Morning you all,

    Today I woke at 6 am as usual, but instead of going to gym I went packing (4 week of work in Istanbul over, but I probably will return in one week or 1 month :laugh: )

    I already walked 20min today, and I'll make sure to walk at least 60min in both airports (Istanbul and Munich), befor arriving to Portugal.
    I even already logged 60min of leisure pace walking to be a boost of motivation for me today.

    Tomorrow I'll be connecting from home! YAY :bigsmile:

    That is awesome. The airport is a perfect place to get that needed exercise in. Have a safe trip home!

    Well I walked briskly for 45 minutes this morning in the beautiful morning weather!!! Love being outdoors ....will do it again tomoro!!

    Tatyanne, wishing you safe travels today! I made it to the gym and pushed myself on the elliptical for 35 sweaty minutes. I've completed both my squat and plank challenges for the day and have 6500 steps so far. The weather is lovely today so I'll probably cut out of work early and take advantage by going for a nice walk.

    Greeting All,
    Today I overslept so I had to use the treadmill instead of going outdoors. I live in the desert so if you don't get out early it's super hot!

    53 minutes on the treadmill (run/walk)
    Day 3 of 30 Day Shred Level 1 (24 minutes)

    I think I'm going to do 5 days on and 1 day off with the 30 Day Shred. I'll continue my daily cardio. I definitely feel the soreness from the 30 Day Shred. I'm hoping to start Level 2 mid month.
