We made it! Well done to everyone who kept going this far! Even if we didn't all make our goals, we're still closer than we were :)

Weird to think I was still in the 160s when I started this challenge! I am exactly 10lb off my goal but my goal was always ambitious (it was my goal weight)

    Well, I'm far from goal, but I'm a whole lot closer than I would be if I hadn't tried! I made it about 52% of the way there, more than half way. And I'm in week two of being in Onederland, a very good thing!

    April loss: 4 lbs
    May loss: 4.6 lbs
    June loss: 2.4 lbs
    July loss: 1.6 lbs

    Total loss: 12.6 lbs

    Change in BMI: 33.8 --> 31.7

    11.6 lbs to my next goal (my 4th of July goal of 185), which is a BMI of "merely" overweight (29.9). Then I can start working down toward a truly fit weight.

    Even though I did not get where I wanted to be, I certainly am better off than I was!

    On Sunday June 15 I was only 2.4 from my goal. Then I reverted back to old habits - trying to eat my stress away.

    Well, I only lost 2.3 pounds during this challenge. It didn't help that last week was a beach vacation week! My ultimate goal is 125. I'm hoping to get to at least 135 by the end of summer.

    Well I got back from vacation late last night, so I will not be weighing my self today (for the next week actually) I know it'll be up due to water weight from not eating so stellar over vacation. I'll be sure to post back then to let you know how I faired, though I'm not expecting much of a change.

    Thanks to all that participated, we made a bit of progress--it's never as much as you want but there it is. I had a modest goal but encountered the struggle losing the last 10 pounds, it ain't easy. I will keep trying. Special thanks to Shmu for the IT support, great service and great performance as usual.

    I actually made it to 163 this week. I'm 10 pounds under my challenge goal which surprised me. I think this week's loss is partly water as I haven't been working out as much.

    Congratulations to everyone who participated in this challenge! It's hard to believe that it's come to an end. Like many, I did not meet my goal, but certainly weigh less than I would have if I had not been accountable to posting my weekly progress!

    I lost 7 lbs. this challenge. I'm feeling okay with that!
