alright, back from my 2-week vacation in colombia. I had a lot of fun and worked to enjoy the food, but I did my best to be modest; it looks like my efforts did not go wasted, as I still kept around the same weight I was when I left! Here are today's stats:

Seems I forgot to check in here right before I left but I'm pretty sure I was around 124-123

    Week 1: 127.2
    Week 2: 126.2
    Week 3: 126.0
    Week 4: 125.8
    Week 5: 125.0
    Week 6: 125.4
    Week 7: 124.8
    Week 8: 125.2
    Week 9: 125.0
    Week 10: 124.4
    Week 11: 124/123
    Week 12-13: ?? (on vacation)

    Week 14: 122.8

Whoo! Getting real close! Here are the Measurements:

Waist: 26.125 (almost 1 inch lost)
    Hips: 38 (no change)
    Thighs: 22 (< 1 inch lost)
Gut: 36.125 (almost 1 inch lost
BMI: 22.7 (up a few decimal points but not much)
    BF%: 24.7% (down .5%)
    LBM: 22.5 (down .3 lbs)

While I was hoping I'd be able to get right back into exercise when I returned, my foot has been really acting up and it doesn't seem to be the case. I also have to do a good amount of studying and prepare for our move at the end of the month; my fitbit got lost during my tip making calorie tracking that much more difficult, but I'll have to do my best; I'm not planning on getting another one since I just keep losing the darn things.

While I'm happy I'm losing weight, my inches don't really seem to go anywhere and I still feel... pudgy. I'm trying to not to focus on it b/c for the sake of my foot I can't do anything too hardcore. So, I'll just try to be happy that I've lost all this weight; that in itself nautrally means I've gotten thinner, and if at this girth I'm healthier, more conscious of my food choices (if anything just knowing to eat less) and making better lifestyle changes, then this version of me is great, even if I don't look 100% like a fit, thin, athletic person.

Linka, I think you have the right attitude. Looking at your numbers, you look like you're doing well. You just may not feel that fit as you're not able to work out much and you're in some pain/discomfort. Are you seeing a foot doctor?
