Hi! New to Insanity & need support to go through :)

Hi Everyone,:flowerforyou:
Its Dev here from India. Recently I got a set of Insanity DVD from one of my friend as a gift and after reading online reviews about its toughness, I tried to postpone it as long as possible. But finally decided to take the plunge and started with Insanity Workout today. After taking the fit test I realize how unfit I am.
Stats:
Age: 33
Weight: 94kgs (~210 pounds)
BCA Analysis:
Muscle Mass: 35.3kg
Fat Mass: 31.3 kg
BMI: 26.9
PBF: 33.3% (range: 10-20%)
Waist: 37
WHR: 0.93
BMR: 1725
I have a desk job (uses a lot of brains but not a single muscle) and to meet the fitness criteria as per my physician, I have to lose around ~13 kg of fat and to gain 3 kg muscles.

At first when I watched it on my laptop just to understand the exercise looked very very easy and I was surprised why people wrote that it drains you out. But When I started the warm ups, I realized how mistaken I was. It took me almost 40 minutes to finish the fit test (yeah!! I know too many breaks)
My Scores are
Switch kicks: 88 (including both)
Power jacks: 50
Power Knees: 64
Power jumps: 26
Globe jumps: 6
Suicide Jumps: 9
Push up jacks: 15
Low plank oblique: 32.
And in between I felt like I will puke :explode: but somehow I sailed through the fitness with just passing marks.
I am determined to work on it and to lose some weight.
I do not have any partners so will need the support and suggestions from the forum members to survive the ordeal.

Cheers
Dev
