Lab Work

This is my 58th day of keto, though I've had probably 6 days or so that I went way over my carbs, most recently this weekend. I had lab work done yesterday and my creatinine levels were low. I'm not able to google this at the moment, but I don't think that's normal, is it? Other than that, everything was great (with the exception of low iron, but I've always been anemic).

Creatnine level is generally only a concern when it's high, not low. Humans, in general, can have creatnine levels that go as low as 0.2ml/dl (infants, the elderly), and this generally due to lower amounts of muscle.
Going by that, I'd recommend double-checking your protein and calorie intake. You want around 1g/lb of lean body weight for protein, and not too large a deficit for calories. Also, if you're not already, consider starting strength training. That way, the weight you lose will more likely be fat and not lean mass.
