Vanquishing my "menopot"

I'm 5 ft 8 inches, 141 lbs, do cardio 6 days a week, burning 200 to 300 calories per session, and weight train 3 days a week.
I'm also post menopausal.
Overnight, it seems, I've developed the dreaded "menopot"...that poochy belly that women who are post menopausal seem to get.
I really, really hate it, and this is the first time other than pregnancy and post pregnancy that I've had to dress around my bulging tummy.
Any strategies would be welcome!

This is purely anecdotal, but the majority of women I have help with menopause have seen great success with LCHF; very similar to PCOS. Grant it, you still need to lower body fat and have adequate body composition.0

Has your weight changed?
What does your lifting routine look like and how long have you been doing it?0 -

Thanks! My weight hasn't changed...I've been 138 to 142 since high school with a few variations for post holiday/vacations which I get off pretty quickly.
My routine is: Cardio 6 days a week, 30 minutes each session using the elliptical crosstrainer on the interval setting and 40 minutes of weight training, largely dumbells, 3x a week. I like to mix up my routine and I've done the New Rules of Lifting, Men's Health, Body for Life for the last 15 years.
I'm actually very fit and fairly lean, but that pot...man, that sucks!0 -
