    I knew it was one of them, I just didn't go back and read it. You try and concentrate with a two year old running around hyper on candy that his grandmother gave him. I think he was seriously bouncing off the walls. If I read it right and I'm not saying I am because it is 5:30 in the morning and I am half asleep. I did get the OverSeer's blessing for completing [Dr. Foodlove, Or How I Learned to Stop Worrying and Love the Gym] so that will help me with my exp this week. I will reread all the achievement and perks that way I don't ask questions that have simple answers.

    Posting today's log even though my calories are all out of control, 'cause I don't care. My husband didn't receive deployment orders, so I'm partying like a rockstar!

    Food/exercise log for 7/4:


    Food:
    -Breakfast: lazy version of biscuits and gravy (breakfast still counts at 3 AM, right?), protein scoop in a cup of coffee
    -Lunch: Burger grilled by my amazing husband (mmm, freedom)
    -Dinner: chicken tenders and fries from our local wings joint
    -Drinks: water, coffee, beer beer beer... half of a diet rum and coke at 3 AM with the biscuits and gravy (freedom!)

    Exercise:
    -I was a good girl and woke up early to do some jogging while watching another episode of my show
    -Some frantic cleaning around the house before hubby's buddies came over


    I'll be better over the weekend... for now, there is more beer in the fridge that needs me. :drinker:

    Food:

    -Breakfast: Oatmeal with cinnamon/light brown sugar/granola and a scoop of protein powder in one of my coffees
    -Lunch: A nap... which tasted way better than food at that point!
    -Dinner: Herb-roasted lamb, peas, mashed potatoes
    -Snacks: protein bar, breadstick from Pizza Hut left over from the weekend
    -Drinks: Water and coffee with milk


    Exercise:

    -Jogged for 50 minutes while catching up on a show (I was planning on doing a round of kickboxing, but did the 30 Day Shred for the first time in awhile last night... and Jillian kicked my rear. *wince*)

    -Breakfast: Pancake with some Nutella, scoop of protein powder into a coffee
    -Lunch: Pinto beans and rice
    -Dinner: Whole wheat pasta, sauce, ground beef with garlic roll
    -Snacks: Protein bar, Pizza Hut breadstick (they are slowly disappearing finally)
    -Drinks: Water, coffee with 2% milk


    Exercise:

    -Jogged for 49 minutes while catching up on my show
    -Walked around the neighborhood with the family after dinner, and stopped at the big playground so our daughter could play (my butt can fit down slides again!)

    Teriyaki Chicken bowl with veggies (quick lunch)
    Meatloaf with zucchini and noodles (Have I ever mentioned how much I hate this cooking every night thing... yeah, it blows)

    Forgot Exercise: Walked 3 times for a total of 92 minutes

    So how do you calculate my percentage of weight loss, if I'm taunting I need to know my target loss. Maybe I should wait a week, but I'm a Wasteland Warrior and don't like waiting, so let the taunting begin.

    Your starting weight was 182, right? So whatever number percentage you have on Monday will be calculated against theirs :)

    Watch out everyone though, Peter has a two pound advantage this week due to the Plus-Sized Beatdown perk :(


    And remember everyone, the perks earned on this thread only last for the week in which you earn them so you have to repeat them if you want to keep the perks weekly. Brian you get to keep your Diplomat perk for two weeks however since I forgot to add it to you last week >_<
