    I've been pretty strict keto so far with great results. After my 30th bday last week, I've been a little more flexible and boozier than usual, but that will be just a July shaped blip on the charts.

    Looking to add other people with similar amounts of weight to lose (20-40lbs), other ladies who keto (especially those with PCOS like me), other Canadians, or just anyone who needs another accountability partner. I'm very lucky in that I have a live-in keto accomplice, so I'd imagine it's been easier for me to stick to than most people, but I'd love to be able to be there for other people who don't have that.

    I'm going to be a freshman in college. I've been doing keto for two weeks now. My dad doesn't approve of everything I'm eating. "Why did you buy heavy cream? We'll all get fat!", but I'm managing. I can't wait to get out of the house.

    I've been doing keto since January and down 65lbs. Really hard 20lbs to go. Husband and wee one are low carb friendly so its not been too hard (they are more paleo with fruit consumption).
