Can't finish?

One of our group members had an excellent question of what to do if you cant make it through a workout. Im sure everyone of us has stopped a few times when doing this program. Speaking from experience I know how difficult it is to push through when you feel like your energy is completly depleated. When you feel exhausted stop grab some water wait until the next set of exercises and jump back in even if you only get 2 globe jumps and 3 power jumps some progression is better than none. Just dont give up you will get stronger everytime you push play

    Great response! I am my own motivator. I talk myself through the workout. I tell myself things like "you can do it", "only 30 more seconds to go", "don't let anyone run you down", "you are strong....if it does burn I'm not doing it right"! Yeah I know I'm crazy but it works for me. I also say women suffer to look good and right now I'm suffering but I will be wearing that bikini before the summer is over. LOL!
