3 weeks of Insanity done
YAY!!!! One week left of month 1. I can't believe it's been 3 weeks already. It's getting easier to do the workouts but I still have days where I still struggle. Bring it on week 4
Insanity Week 2 Day 3
All I have to say is OMG!!! It is very Intense. They past few days I been really struggling. I been needing more water breaks in between breaks but then I get right back it to finish it. How are you results
I am almost finished with my third round of Insanity and starting focus T-25 next week. Hopefully I will get the same difficulity and intensity as Insanity. How are you results coming along so far.
Welcome Newbies
Just wanted to send a welcome to all the new people starting or are in the middle of their Insanity DVD. I had great results with Insanity and if you have any questions send me message or post in the group. Have an amazing workout and remember to DIG DEEPER and push play daily.
Why did you start
What made you decide to try Insanity? I know for me it was when somebody told me it was impossible to finish.

Fell off the wagon
Ok to be honest Ive fell off my workouts lately. I seen results and stopped giving each day my best. Starting today Im starting over AGAIN. I could use excuses as to why I haven't been working out but thats exactly what they would be excuses. So 20 pounds its on.Hip hop abs day 1 although I will miss Insanity.
Finished
I finished Insanity this week. I am so proud of that accomplishment. I haven't lost any weight nor have my measurements changed, but each fit test showed awesome improvements. I've enjoyed this challenge so much that I am going to do it again.
Break
