Break

Hi I'd finnished month one and was about to go on the recovery week, when I went on holiday. All my good intentions and taking the DVDs with me flew out of the window at the sight of a bit of sun and sand. Two weeks of eating too much and not moving very much mean I'm not really sure what to do - re-do a few weeks to get my fitness back up again or go straight into month 2 (which reading some reviews scares me a little to be honest !) Any thoughts or experience of taking a break would be welcome ?
